Prices & Payments: All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via Direct Bank Transfer, ToyyibPay, and CHIP (including FPX, DuitNow QR, and BNPL/SPayLater).
Payment Gateway Administrative Fees: All transactions processed through third-party payment gateways (ToyyibPay/CHIP) or Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL/SPayLater) services will incur a standard administrative and processing fee, which will be calculated and added automatically at checkout. This fee is strictly borne by the customer. To avoid any administrative fees, customers are highly encouraged to choose Direct Bank Transfer or scan our Direct Company QR.
International orders: Customers using participating regional apps (such as Indonesia’s QRIS or Singapore’s PayNow) can seamlessly pay via QR Pay by scanning our DuitNow QR code. Other international purchases must be processed using our supported payment channels in the designated currencies.
Pre-Order Items: All pre-order purchases are final and strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable once the payment is completed, as agreed upon checkout.
Account Termination & Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.
Limitation of Liability: Sugarlily shall not be held liable for any system disruptions, server downtime, or third-party payment gateway failures (such as FPX, ToyyibPay, CHIP, or DuitNow QR outages) during transaction processing. Our total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the exact amount paid for the order.
